Savannah Architect Tour

Docent very knowledgeable. Architectural anecdotes interesting. Pleasant demeanor. We will visit Savanna again. Beautiful city! (Sorry about the picture. I am studying perspective in painting. Found this interesting.)

Taking the Architectural walking tour was one of the highlights of my short trip to Savannah. Very educational, interesting, and our guide's enthusiasm was contagious. Highly recommend!

Our guide was Keith, an experienced narrator who explained the architectural features of Savannah in a very enjoyable way. He took us inside The Pink House with its original rooms where colonists met. He explained the city's layout with its beautiful green space squares and their historical significance. Although it was an extremely hot day and we were the only 2 customers, Keith was enthusiastic to conduct the tour. We really enjoyed every minute.

Mike was very knowledgeable about the history of Savannah. He also noted interesting architectural features on some of the homes passed along the tour. He was happy to answer questions from the group. A very pleasant way to enjoy a morning stroll through historic Savannah.

Keith, our tour guide for our historical Savannah walking tour was very informative. He had an appreciation for the local architecture and told interesting stories. I learned a lot about this beautiful city, but wish I could stay longer than 5 days. It would take weeks to take it all in.

Our guide was terrific. He was knowledgeable and very engaging. We walked away with an appreciation of the design of the City and architecture that was fascinating.

Keith was friendly and courteous to everyone on the tour and other people around us. He tailored the tour to our questions and shared his vast knowledge of the history, architecture, people of and fun facts about Savannah. He kept a good pace and gave us resting opportunities along the way. He clearly loves and respects this city and led us to a great neighborhood bar after the tour. Thanks Keith!

We had a great personal tour for just my wife and myself. Keith led us on a very informative historical/architectural 2+ hour walking tour of old town Savannah. From settlement in 1733 to modern times we covered lots of ground literally and figuratively! Nobel Jones gives a range of private and small group tours that I would recommend to anyone with a desire to learn about what makes Savannah special.

Our tour guide, Savannah (yes, SAVANNAH!) is a gifted speaker and historian. She brought the city to life with stories about people, architecture and local economy since the founding of the city. The two hours that we spent with Savannah were the best part of a wonderful two week journey up the coast.
